3" PA lift?
3" PA lift?
ive ordered a 3" PA body lift kit, for my 98 4x4. and some 315/75/16 bf goodrich all terrains, and some polished american racing 16x8 wheels, well my lift should be in this week and ill be installing this weekend, im just wondering, ive read the instructions posted here on the tutorial section, but there is no mention of having to lengthen any wires, hoses, etc? what about the brake lines will they not need to be lengthened???
my other is why do you have to do the bed and cab at the same time? why cant i lift the cab first and then the box, i know u cant do box first because they will hit but i cant see anything wrong with cab first, also anything else i should know, pointers for my lift?
thanks! will post pics when done.

The bed of the 97-03 F-150's wrap around the cab slightly. This will cause the cab and bed to hit if you lift them one at a time, unless you remove all the bolts from the bed and slide it back on the frame a few inches. You don't have to worry about the brake lines and any wire issues are addressed by the kit. I seem to remember a relocation bracket for the battery cable.
