2000 navigater engine knock

I have a 2000 5.4 dohc. navigater with an engine knock my question is can I roll new bearings in this motor without taking out the crank like I did on my 89 302 mustang any information will help thankyou

Just out of curiosity, what does and engine knock have to do with a suspension?? Try posting ur question in the engines forum..
