Exclamation Broken Radius Arms

I have a 96 F-150 with a 4" lift (4 x 4).
A few months after I had the lift installed the driver side radius arm broke.
4 or 5 months later the passenger side broke, both times during normal everyday opperation. Obviously something is very wrong.
Has anyone ever heard of this happening?

Saw that a few times in my 4x4 shop days. Where did they break? What brand lift kit?

Radius Arm Continued

I'm in the process of finding out what brand of lift they used.
They changed the coil springs and the drop down brackets but used the stock radius arms.
The radius arms broke at the bolt that ties to the drop down bracket.
The bolt or (all thread ) portion that broke was bent and showed signs of fatigue prior to failing.
