I want to do a shock swap on a 2006-KR 5.4L 4x4 going with Rancho RS9000X shocks. I was going to do the change out myself until I learned that the front shocks on my vehicle are actually struts. Has anyone done a complete shock/strut change on their F150? If so,what did it entail? Thanks in advance for any help.
