2005 f150 4x4 adjustable ranchos

I am currently running the rancho adjustable shocks set at about 1 inch. Can I raise the height without taking the shocks off the truck? I am trying to get 2" out of them.

Just got off the phone with rancho. Shocks cant be adjusted while on the truck Does anyone know how I could measure to be sure I got 2.5" out of them? I am thinking of going with a spacer lift if I cant. Thanks

I would get a spacer lift for $89 from www.autospringcorp.com

I have a buddy that has adjustable shocks on his Volkswagen, and when he first put the kit on it took him forever to adjust all the shocks. When he finally got the car sitting evenely, one shock was at a completly different level than the other. I have never personally worked on rancharo adjustable shocks, but my guess is that it is going to work in the same way.

If you have to take the shocks completly off to adjust them I would just throw a spacer on top of the coilover and call it a day. None of the ride will change, it will just sit 2.0"- 2.5" taller in the front
