Need Alignment Help

I have a 98 f-150 4x4 with a 6" skyjacker lift and 285/75/16 yokohama geolander MTs and since I put the lift in it won't align. The instructions say that the outer tie rod may need to be shortened but as it is the adjustment sleeve is almost at the end of the threads on the tie rods. Is there a shorter sleeve that I can use or another solution to my problem? Right now the tires are toed out about 1.5" and quickly eating through my tires.

I've read post by members who say that some of the threaded end of the tire rod itself has to be cut off.

Thats my problem, the instructions say it may have to be shortened so they don't touch inside the sleeve but I'm already at the end of the threaded part of the tie rods when they hit inside of the sleeve. If I can find a shorter sleeve and cut the tie rods then they won't hit and there will be thread left so they can be tightened. My problem has been finding a sleeve that will work.
