4x4 to 4x2

Hey guys i have a 4wd truck and it is heavy so like how much would it cost to make it a 2wd truck .. kinda like weight reduction.... u know what im sayin??Take off all the 4wd crap. To make it lighter?? how mucH?

I think I've heard others say it could range from $2,500 to $5,000.

Depending on why you are doing this, it may make more sense to put the money elsewhere. or get a different truck.

Zuki and Hemi - you should just trade trucks - it will save a lot of work and hassle.

Is your goal just to make it lighter? There are much better and cheaper ways of doing it and you can still keep the functionality of the 4x4 if you ever need it.
