Exclamation Help with front spacers

<<HELP>> I just acquired both 2 in rubber coil spacers and the ones that use screw to space. Anyway, I took the tire off undone the nut at the top of the shock and coilover. Jacked the entire front end up on the frame and not the A-Frame. The coils would not decompress. I could not even get the screw spacers in between the coils. I was given these two different coil spacers. So I was wanting to use them . But like I said I cant get no space to get anything in between them. I even unbolted the v shaped arm thingy. still nothing. I have a 99 regularcab. I got the 2 in blocks for the rear. Would I be better off just getting the 3 in poly spacers that go on the bottom of the coils to give it a leveled look. PLZ HELP or is there some oter easier way to get 3 inches up front? THNX I am wanting to acheive a leveled look with the 2 in blocks in the back.

The spacers that wedge in between the coils of the spring are not a good idea. They will mess up your springs. Go with the Daystar spacers. Also, you can't go 3 inches with spacers without replacing the upper control arms. 2 or 2.5 inches is the limit with spacers or lift coils.

Another dumb ?

Ok so what would my best bet be to raise the front end up to look good with the 2 in blocks on the back? 2.5 spacers?

I'd go with the 2.5 Daystars and probably a 1 inch lift block personally.

i think that the biggest spacer is 1 1/2"s. thats the biggest i could find in spacers. if you want 2" or bigger you have to get new coil springs. i read that when you get the coil springs you will need new upper control arms.

I'm not sure if the Daystar 2.5 inch lift spacers actually measure 2.5 inches or if that is just the amount of lift they give. I'd look at Daystars website. 4Wheel Parts, Off Road Unlimited and others sell their products.
