I have a 2.5" daystar leveling kit that I'm going to install on my 06' FX4. has anybody put one of these on? Are there any pointers I should know to make the install easier. I'm an ok mechanic and I have a lot to choose from when it comes to hand tools. I don't have a press though and I've heard that you have to compress the coils. just looking for some experiance and advise on what kind of spring compressor to get before I jump into it. any info will help thanks

 

I think the biggest problem is finding a spring compressor big enough. Those springs are stiff.
