Well it really depends on your budget.
The basic thing to do would be to install a leveling kit up front (2.5"), and then you can fit a 33" tire with no issues.
There are several lifts available to you. Body lifts are cheap, but you can only get them in 3" lifts, and they dont give you any additional suspension travel (if you dont plan on going off road, this isnt a bad option). Performance Accessories makes one of the best kits you can buy.
If you want to do a suspension lift, the big two mainstream ones right now are the Rancho 4" lift, and the Fabtech 6" lift. Edit: I forgot, while I was writing this one part, that you have a 4x2. Not sure if these kits are available to your truck?
Hope that helps.

not outright true. depending on her/his credit and what encentives it makes a big difference. Like my truck is A Plan and I got it for super cheap since it was the 2wd 4.6. My fleet man said next time he could get me a 4wd for dirt cheap. Honestly for me I don't see a reason for 4wd. My truck stays on pavement and when it goes to the farm I roll around on my 4 wheeler is 4wd.
The 4x4 look on the 4x2 Ford is easy, as long as you have the time and money to do so. I went with the 6" Fabtech lift kit and just put on the day star 2 1/2" leveling kit on top of that. I'm currently running 285/70/R17 BFG All Terrains on 17 X 10 Weld Stone Crushers. This will soon change wednesday when my 315/70/R17 BFG All Terrains are in and Mounted. Ill post pics of those on my truck too. Silver05, I'm also posting more pics in my gallery of my truck. SOrry it took so long bro!!

get a spindle lift. It will put u about 1 inch higher than a 4x4. Giving you that look you want. You can get the doestch lift kit off of ebay for 279.99$ and install it urself. Thats what im going to do.
Tigga you have really upset me. You took so long ugh. I just had to go ahead and get my Fabtech and 35s installed. Gosh waiting on you made me end up with my truck lifted. I'm so mad at you for doing that.
Also you should look into a larger block in the rear. The 33s look good on there in my opinion.

And maybe he doesnt need 4x4, if all he wants is a tall truck to drive on the street...no need to get a 4 wheel drive truck, just jack up a 2wd.
Sorry boys...down in my neck of the woods, its all about the tilt style look, or should I say "California Lift"!!! If I put higher blocks in the rear, I wouldn't hear the end of it from my buddys.
Can't wait to see what how the 35's look tomorrow!!
