Ive been hearing alot of talk about re - gearing your truck for 35's how much of a difference would it make if you did like gas mileage, performace, etc, esp if i didnt really plan on doing much offroading. Thanks

Even if your not going to go offroad you need to bring your truck back to stock like conditions. 35 inch tires are larger in diameter than stock tires and are heavier than stock tires. Picture riding a 10 speed bike up a very steep hill when you can't make it up the hill you change gears. This is a very basic example with out getting deep.

What he said.

Without re-gearing, your truck is going to be a dog off the line, get cr@p for gas milage (not that a lift and 35's are going to kill it anyway), and put a lot more strain on your tranny.
