Ground Force Drop Shackle

I am looking to pick up a set of Ground Force drop shackles for my 150.

Will I need to install shims with this kit?

Anyone know where I can find them for the best price?

My Ground Force kit came with the shims. Haven't had the change to install it yet, maybe next week.

Shims

Yes, use the shims. It will keep your U Joints/drive shaft at the proper angle. Your truck should look nice and level when you are done intallling them. Good luck!

Hey Newt,

Have you installed your kit yet? How about some pics?

Yeah, I got it in. Screwed up & didn't take any before measurements or photos. Hate to take photos now, it's filthy. Didn't take too long. The shackles were easier then the shims.

I have the 2" rear drop shakles installed. The spacers come with the Ground Force kit. Some need the spacers, some do fine without them. Since they were in the kit, I installed them and all works just fine. Pics are in my gallery, I like the truck much better without the big space between the tire and fender.
