Question Spindle lift install.....

I just got my spindle lift in from roughcountry.com and it came with new shocks and rear blocks...my question is the kit comes with instructions on how to install the spindles but no instructins on how to install the new shocks or the rear blocks...ive been searching the internet for instructions but cant find them anywhere...does anybody know where i can find instructions on how to put the shocks and rear blocks in? Is it pretty easy to install these yourself or how much would a shop charge me? any info would be appreciated.....thanks

It's pretty straight forward. Remove the u-bolts and slide the new blocks between the axle and the leaf springs. Them bolt everything back together with the new u-bolts.
