Rancho RS9000X question

I had my friends shop put in my 4 inch rancho suspension system. I just told him to get whatever on the shocks.

I was painting all the red rancho suspension black and noticed that these shocks look like they are adjustable. The only question what does turning it to the right do as apposed to the left.

It looks like there is a 1-6 on the shock. Is 1 supposed to be the firmest and 6the softest.

Thanks!

Ok. Just went out to my truck. Looking at that link above, the Highway and extreme off-road settings are the same.

Anyone have any input on these shocks like where the dial needs to be for softest ride. I see the numbers but it looks like there is nothing to line the numbers on the nub up too

Thanks for the help
