Spindels an coil Spacers

I put on a 3" spindle on a 2000 F150 and I want to put 2" coil Spacer on.How bad will my alinement be...

You may or may not need to get a camber adjustment kit to ket the alignment correct. 2 inches is as tall as you can go with lift springs or spacers without getting new upper control arms.
