Price with all this installed.
2005 F-150 Screw 4WD:
6 inch fabtech lift OR rancho 4 (5.5) inch lift
3 inch performance accessories lift
Precision 4.56 gears
38 inch tires....prob iroks or nitto m/t's
17 inch rims... 650 max price on wheels not sure which ones yet
+install

I'd say at least $5000 depending on the labor rates in your area.
lift kit = ~$1500 + install
body lift = ~$250 + install
gears = ~$1000
+ whatever the tires go for and the rims.
