What size & type of lift for new tires?

I got a couple questions guys. I've got a 2002 Supercrew 4x2. I'm getting some new Eagle 064 18x10 Wheels. I'd like to level the front end and lift the truck to accomodate the new wheels. I'm going with either the BFG a/t 285/65R18 or the Nitto Terras 325/60R18. Whats the best way to go about doing this without doing a suspension lift? I've heard the coil spacers make the front wheels bow outward. I'd like to lift it the minimum amount to fit the tires.

I'd go with a 3 inch body lift or Daystar spacers. The spacers won't make your tires bow out, but you will need a front end alignment. You could go with 3.5 inch lift spindles, but I wouldn't use 10 inch wide wheels with them because they increase your front track width a couple of inches which will cause 10 inch wheels to stick way outside the wheelwells.

Thanks for the input guys. I figured a 3" Bodylift was the way to go, but what are the options for leveling the front? I know there's several different ones( spacers, spindles, blocks, coilovers, etc.) What the best way to go?

You can't use blocks on the front. Spindles will most probably be too big, so just go with the spacers.
