Body lifts are dont have anything to do with your suspension. It just lifts the frame of the truck. A 3" body lift will cost u about 160-180 for the kit, Installation for that is from 300-600 usually. If it were me i would go with a 3" spindle lift, if u have a 4x2 and if u have a 4x4 then there are some 4 inch lifts around. check www.4wheelparts.com

I have 33x10.5 on BFG all terrains on my 99 f150 4x4 with no lift. I have never had any fitment or rubbing issues. If you get a 3 in body lift you can clear 35s with minor trimming of the lower corners of the front valance. This all assuming that your truck is a 4x4.

Right. Do you have a 4x2 or 4x4?
