Question Suspension upgrade recomendations

Can anyone recommend a good set of shocks to upgrade the factory suspension? I am looking for something to help in the corners (not off roading or lifting). Thanks for your help guys!

I just finished installing the Monroe Reflex shocks on my truck. I love the ride that they provide. It gives the stiff feel of a new truck with a soft ride. On the other hand, a lot of people had chose the Bilstein shocks. I think either of those would be good for you.

I just installed a Belltech rear sway bar, and a set of Bilstein shocks on my 2005 F-150. I couldn't be happier. Crisp steering, flat cornering, and smooth ride. A night and day difference......... The way it should have been from Ford.

I have read that Bilsteins are considered one of the best but some have said the ride is a bit soft for their tastes. Other members have gone with Edelbrocks and have said they are more forgiving on potholes. They are both good NAME brands. So price may end up being the factor although there is not much difference . Good luck.

Man where did you ever find the rear sway bar for your '05 I can't find it anywhere. If you have a source and supply with a price I would like to have it. Where are you in TX? You can email me directly if you want.

I got my rear sway bar at http://www.stylinconcepts.com/parts....rtfamilyid=825

The rear sway bar is great, you can notice the improvements around tight cornering. The shock upgrade is also a must, it reduces body roll.
