shock install help

I recently bought a set of rancho shocks for my 2003 f-150 supercrew 4x4. I want to put them on myself and I was hoping that someone could help me with some direction on how to do this and the tools needed.

Thanks,

Jay

All you need are basic hand tools a heavy duty jack and an hour or two. I did my shocks this spring and they were not difficult. The rear tops were the worst you need an open end wrench and small movement but not bad at all. I also changed the spare tire winch which gave me a little more space under the truck to work in. The front bottoms needed a little assistance to get them in so the bolt would slide through but a big screwdriver did the trick. I lifted the truck off the suspension so there was no pressure on the corner I was working on.

I hope this helps.
