Leveling kit = body lift??

Leveling kit = body lift??

I have a 2005 Supercab f-150 4x4....
Im looking for a body lift and all i keep finding is a 2.5 or 3" Leveling kit. Maybe you guys can point my in the right direstion?? Aslo is it hard to put a body lift in, do you have to mod alot of parts??

www.4wheelparts.com has the PA body lifts, no it is not hard for a decent shadetree mech, it is just very time consuming expect it to take you a weekend, take your time and do it right, good luck

i have the bodylift - it's very difficult. All the bolts are upside down versus other trucks. Other trucks you can just unbolt the cab from underneath. But on the new f150 you have to take alot of the interior out (front carpet, rear seats...pillar molding..etc).

it's a pain in the butt - enjoy!

im getting one very soon, should i expect to find rattles in the cab after the install...??

I've never had a problem with rattles on my Screw or the two previous trucks I lifted with a PA body lift.

Can you take close up pics of the bodylift are the gaps real bad?

Damn...while it may have been very difficult, just looking at your pic tells me it was well worth it! That thing looks straight up bad ***. What tires are those?
