Question Newbie ?

What is the best lift to have? I am goin to buy a new f-150 real soon. As soon as I sell the car I have now. What is the cheap and cheerful lift that wont get me or my truck hurt. I would like to fit 33's. I know a little about lifts i have lifted my jeep 4 inches of suspension. I have heard that trucks can be lifted easier by a Body Lift is this true. Also in jeeps you are not supposed to lift passed 1 inch of a body lift because the body could sheer off the bolts. Is this true with trucks.

Thanks for the help
The newbie

The 6 inch Fabtech is probably the best lift for the new F-150's and they will allow you to fit 35's. A body lift is fine, but I've heard the installation is a real pain in the rear on the new F-150's. It wasn't bad at all on the 97-03's. Also, I've seen some pics of badly wrecked and rolled F-150's with 3 inch body lifts and the bodies didn't shear off.
