I was looking through your gallery and love the way your screw looks on 33s and a 3in body lift. I want to do the same thing to my 01 screw. In one of your pictures it says "torsion bar and adjusment key." Did you get new keys or just crank the stock ones up? In most of the pictures the truck sits pretty level and thats what I'm looking for. Also I noticed you had 33s on stock ride height. Did they rub without the lift and do they rub now? I want to try to squeeze 35s after the body lift and crank up the torsion bars. Will they fit? Thanks for any input.
I took that pic because there were so many post here and at FTW about how to crank up torsion bars, where they were located, what the adjustment keys look like, etc. They are the stock keys and the preload is only cranked up slightly.
As for the 33's at stock height, they fit fine. When I had them on the stock 16x7 wheels they were not even close to rubbing. I then mounted them on 16x10 wheels and the touched the lower corner of the front bumper's plastic valance. I trimmed about 1/2 inch of plastic and they fit fine. I just added the body lift for a more aggressive stance.
Also, 35x12.50's will fit a 4x4 with a body lift. If you use 10 inch wide wheels you will have to crank up the torsion bars and trim a little, but they will fit.

After you installed the 33s did you notice any power loss? Did the truck feel kind of slugish? Do you have any perfromance done or get your speedo recalibrated? Im a lilttle worried that on 35s with stock gears I might not have enough low end. No matter how big or small I like a truck that will get up and go, and Im also off road alot. Also I dont wanna be speeding everywhere I go.
I didn't notice a big difference. The only performance mod I have, if you can call it that, is a K&N filter. I have not corrected my speedo and it's off 5mph at 60 mph. My truck came with 30 inch tires origionally.
