Wow! How hard was that landing? I'm new to this and I'd be afraid to do that with my truck. How well do these trucks put up with that kind of playing?

It was so smooth when it landed.....I don't care what anyone thinks about the Pro-Comp lifts.....They hold up great and they are not stiff what so ever. Im going back in 17 days to go BIGGER. I had my tires aired down to 13 psi and the tires were throwing the biggest rooster tail. I also had to pull a Excursion with a 18 ft. travel trailer that was burried to the doors out of the sand.

Sweet. How big is the Pro-Comp lift? What else have you done to your suspension?

Pismo ROCKS!!

I rented a quad when I was out there about a year and a half ago.... had a BLAST!!

Silver Lake will never be the same now.... In fact, I've only been back once.

its a 6" lift, with no other suspension mods yet. I want to go with a 3" BL so I can clear the tires a little better. They rubbed a little

So it's a 6" lift in the front with and a 3" in the back right? Is the rear lift done with a larger block or an additional leaf? If it's just a block I'd think you'd want to add a leaf next. Your rear looks like it's sagging a bit when the trailer is attached.

Of course, I know next to nothing about this so I'm likely full of it.

The tires work like paddles....they are great, never had to put it into 4wd. They are amazing tires, can't wait until Nitto's Dune Grappler tire comes out!
