Leaking Power Stearing Box

Not certain on the terminology but I have a major leak on a 2000 F150 XLT 2wd. Leak is definately from the bottom of the large cast box (stearing box) where a single stearing link to the other stearing linkage to the wheels attaches to. It cam up overnight as if a seal just blew out not like something that started slowly. Is this just a seal and is it accessible? Looks like it's only one large nut and maybe a pickle fork to get at it. Any comments or tips please?

Nothing folks? Just looking for a quick confirmation of the seal and maybe what it might be called and the unit it goes into so I can check availability. Haven't bought a manual yet but thought this would be an easy one.

In case anyone is looking for similar info it may be found by searching stearing gear or pitman arm. The seal that was gone was called "stearing gear sector shaft seal" and came as a kit for $13 bucks. Reading a lot of other post one might have been inclined to replace the whole damn stearing gear assemble for the sake of this $13 part. Live and learn.
