Airbags

I was thinking about getting airbags for my truck, its a 2004 white 4 door lariat and it has stock supsension. What advantages would airbags have for me? I dont do any towing now but i might be getting a boat soon. Is it also possible for me to raise the truck up like 6 inches or so with the airbags? I like the idea of being able 2 choose if i want a lift or not.

Thanks in advance! :o

For what you want, you need a lot more than just airbags. Kelderman makes an air bag suspension lift for Superduties, but it's a solid axle truck.

Dose Kelderman make a air ride system for the f-150? All i see is the systems for 250 and 350.

I don't think so. I'm just saying there is a lot more involved in an air ride suspension lift than just installing a set of airbags.
