Edelbrocks or Ranchos??

When I bought my 1996 F-150 a couple of years ago I went with Bilsteins. Too me, they were too spongy and let the front bounce too much. When I bought my 1998 Explorer I put Rancho 9000 series on them and have been very well pleased with them. A few weeks ago we bought a 2003 Supercrew and I am going to replace the shocks on it. I have read a lot about the ford front ends sometimes being loose or floppy. With the Ranchos one could probably adjust the shocks stiff enough so the tires would stay down better. I have been reading a lot about the Edelbrock Performer IAS shocks and they seem to be a good choice. I was wondering if anybody has any particular good or bad experiences with these two particular shocks.

Either of those two would be a good option. Personally I think I would be more inclined to go with the 9000s, since you can adjust the stiffness.

Those are both good choices. I do like the adjustability of my 9000's though.
