Shackles or Blocks

I have a 97 F150 4x4 w/3" body lift and 35 BFG's.
I just wanted an opinion on wether i should go with:

2" drop shackles?

or 2" blocks?

Thanx yo...

Im a little confused, both those items do the opposite thing. Drop shackles lower the truck. Blocks raise the truck.

What are you trying to do?

edit: with 35" tires I doubt lowering the truck is a good idea.

Well you know wat i mean, yes i want longer shackles to raise it.
Its just that i saw "drop" shackles and they looked like the right ones , and i thought that it meant to drop the leafs or suspension. idk Watever , but yes shackles that lift the rear.
Thanx

Lift blocks are a lot more common than lift shackles for your truck. I would suggest replacing the stock 2 inch block with a 3 or 4 inch block rather than stack a 1 or 2 inch tall block on the OEM block.

How many miles on the truck? I know some trucks that run blocks are having a bad time with axle wrap. I would invest in shackles. But if you want to try blocks that will work also and will be cheaper. But if you start getting axle wrap swap to shackles. I didn't on my 97 F-150 w/6" lift and 3" body lift. Had to buy new gears. OK I see you r running 35's, sorry, block it.

I've never seen lift shackles for a 97-03 F-150. Do you know who makes some?
