Unhappy Omg...bad Shake!!! Help!!!

Ok...well just recently about a week ago my truck starts acting up. It starts when i launch the truck shakes and vibrates bad and then when it is about to shift (around 2000-3000 rpm) the truck shakes, but its shifts perfect. and then when i run 65 to 70 it feels as if it is going to vibrate its self apart, and the last thing is when i am at lets says anywhere above 55 and i just let it coasts it shakes and vibrates till it shifts into the next lower gear. What could this be??? I took it to NTB they said that it is the leaf springs not supporting the axle? and the shocks are so badly rusted that when the flex they rub. and also my dual exhaust is so close to the shocks that when my engine revs and the exhaust is at its loudest it vibrates the shock which then transfers to the cab?? does this sound like this could be the problems? If one doesnt seem right let me know...because the whole operation is going to be about 800 for the leafs and shocks installed. thanks for the help!!!
