Fox Shocks Performance

The above image (the right shock) is of an atv branded fox shock, but I am looking for the website for fox shocks for trucks. Are they good in the mud? They look fantastic and am thinking of getting them for my truck. I would really like to know that they will hold up in the mud and that they are good on-road as well as off. If not, are there any similar looking shocks that perform well on road and in the mud?

Thanks for your time.

www.foxracingshox.com ... They don't make them for trucks, they make general offroad shocks, you might be able to adapt them somehow..but probably not unless you have a really nice lift that uses heim joints etc. Who knows...

They don't make a bolt in pair of shocks for any model that I know of. All their shocks have a heim joint ball at both ends, which you either need to modify your mount for or have a modified suspension for them...you can't just slap them in any vehicle I don't think unless that vehicle mounted the stock shocks the same way.

I do a handfull of desert races. Most people are leaning towards King shocks. Most all shocks (King, SwayAway, Fox) are standard Heim on both ends. If you are looking for a good site to pick up some used shocks check out Race-Dezert.com or DezertRangers.com. Mainly Race-Dezert. They update daily and add about 40+ new posting per day....

Well since they are mainly for desert, a hint as to some good looking shocks that are either chrome with a sticker/emblem (white looks very tacky imo), or black with a sticker/emblem like above that also perform well. Price doesn't necessarily matter, as long as it's not rediculous. Thanks. I'll also take some pics of a locally lifted truck with fox shocks, it's probably an '02 F-350, white, lifted about 9 inches, with 36's or 37's. Very nice look.

Beautiful^ Whose truck is this btw!
