RAISED 04 Supercrew

hi im new to raising trucks but i really like it. i dunno much about it so wondering how much would it cost to raise a truck 6inchs and have those cool king shocks or any shocks that pop out.

is that the only thing i would need or is there more. i would want 22inch rims but not sure about the tire size.

how much would something like this cost?

YOu can get a 6 inch Fabtech lift for around $1800, but if you add their Dirt Logic coilover shocks, it costs more. The price of installation with vary from region to region. You can get prices for lifts, tires, and wheels online. Most 20 inch off road tires start at over $400 each so I'm scared to ask what 22's would run. 4Wheel Parts Wholesalers would be a good place to start since they sell everything. Personally, I wouldnt go with over a 20 inch wheel on an off road truck(unless you build a monster with at least 40 inch tall tires), but thats just my opinion.

I just added a Ranch lift to my 04 supercrew. It ran about 2500 with labor at 4wheel parts. They did an excellent job and I will get picks soon.

I meant Rancho 4 inch lift. I also run some 33x13.50x18 Mickey Thompsons I just got with some nice bead lock wheels. I want to get some 35s now and run them on my factory wheels. I just like that look better. I am going to try to sell or trade the set I have for a set of 35's. They will be going cheap.

I just did a RCD 6" and a set of 315/70/17"

the list installed was $1980.00 and the tires were $865.00 installed. I am still working on some wheels that I am looking for and that should be around another $900.00 for them.

so the grand total of $3745.00 with wheels.

wow, that is a nice kit. There is a company called twistedmetal also. They have a really nice kit. I can't find the web page but the kits are true prerunner like the one above. 18" upward travel an 24" downward travel. freakin nice but you will spend like 5k -8k depending on the config. yikes!
