are 81 f100 and 86 f150 i beams the same?

are 81 f100 and 86 f150 i beams the same?
hey is 81 suspension the same as the 87ish i beams? i can't find drop beams for mine, but other fullsize fords should be the same i'ld think? only thing that may be differ is have i have to swap the spindle, rotor, n caliper is the only thing i can think of.
