Just received my new Pro Comp ES9000 shocks and figured I would get the fronts installed this evening and do the rears in the morning. Removed the left front shock (took all of 5 minutes) then went to install the new one. It does not have the metal sleeve in the lower bushing and did not come with one. I checked the other box and no sleeve there either and none in the rears. Tried to drive the sleeve out of the old shock but have about given up on that. It hasn't moved much but it isn't exactly round anymore either.

I went over to AutoZone but they weren't much help. I'll check at Lowe's tomorrow in their small parts drawers, anyone have any suggestions on where else I might look? I'll call Summit also to see if they should have been included, but I'd like to get everything back together without waiting on more parts being shipped.

If it matters, this is on a '97 Supercab, 4wd. This will be the second set of shocks installed (197,000+ miles).
