suspension lift or body lift?

which should I do? I have a 2001 supercrew and would like a little more clearance. so should I go suspension lift? Will that give me more room for bigger tires? I currently am stock and need to replace shocks anyway, so I figure i'd like a 3" lift too. Plus, I hope it'll get rid of this godforsaken squeaking noise coming from my front left.

Nothing is wrong with either. It just depends on how big you want to go. Three inches of lift was plenty for me, so I went with a body lift.

What do you plan on doing. If you are not goingto really off road the thing then body lift is great. On the other hand if you plan to beat it then I would probaly get a suspension lift.

Just my 2 cents

if all you want is 3" for bigger tires than the body lift is the way to go it is also easy on the pocket book($100-150) i recomend getting gap gaurds to cover the gaps in the fron and rear wheel wells also, the suspension lift will cost alot more and you will have trouble finding a qaulity 3" lift all the better suspension lifts are 6", just my opinion good luck
