Help with my front end

I want to know if I can put 4200 torsion bars on my 04 F-150. 2nd dose any know what the part number is for the bars. My friend at Ford told me he needs a part number or a vin number of a truck with a 5.4 V-8 to order them.

If it is the new style F150, then your truck doesnt use torsion bars, they use coil springs.

The '04 heritage uses torsion bars, and you could use heavier duty bars.

Cant help with the VIN stuff though, but I would not think you would need it, just the part numbers.

I have a 04 Heritage, does any one know of a way to get a part number.

All I can provide you with is the basic part # for now which is 5B326, your local dealer should be able to get it from there
