HELP - Can't find front-end squeak

You described exactly what my truck is doing. The noise gets gets faster or slower depending on the speed of the vehicle. At my last inspection they said the pin in my front lower ball joint was starting to get loose, not enough to fail, but something that should be cahanged soon.

I'm no mechanic but could this be causing the squeak?
