Adjusting camber on a '97 4x4

Is there any possible way to adjust the camber on the front suspension without adjusting the torsion bars?

On the Ford IFS, YES! What needs to be done is the bolts on the upper control arm must be removed and replaced with a new cam bolt. On some models, all you need is a quick cam kit. To identify if you need the quick cams or the full cams you need to look at the bolts to see if one side has a cam pressed on the bolt side. If you do replace them your self, you will need to have the truck aligned, or you truck could drive ill, pull, and/or wear tires. Keep in mind when you start playing with the upper control arms, you change ALL the alignment specs.
