Here is my problem/ issue - truck has been to the shop a couple of times for the alignment. The shop is telling me that the truck is aligning on the machine, but when they take it out on the street, it is still pulling to the right. They rotated the tires, even swapped the tires and wheels but none of that solved the issue.

Anyone had this problem or know of a fix or where to look???

 

is it still aligned when they take it on the road and then put it back on the alignment machine? or does it get thrown off after they drive it?

 

It stays aligned as far as I know - I watched them yesterday take it off, drive it, put it back on few time and they said it was showing that it was aligned.
