relocating front bumper

i have a 95 ford f-150 and recently put on a 3 inch body lift, 2inch coil spring lift, and 2 inch add-aleafs. The shop that i had the lift done at lifted the rear bumper to hide the gap but left the front bumper droppped down. there is about a 4 inch gap between my front bumper and the body now and it looks like crap. The body lift kit i ordered was Performance accessories, they sent the new bumper brackets but the mechanics could not use them because the front of the frame was touching the bottom curve of the bumper and could not be raised any higher. Is there anything i can do to fix this. I was wondering if i could order an older model bumper that is more square and still be able to mount it on my 95 model truck. Any suggestions or help would really be helpful. After i resolve this i am going to put on 33 by 12.50 pro comp mt's with 16 inch mickey thompson classic II wheels. Thanks.

The frame needs to be cut back, at least thats what needs to be done on the 97-03 models. I've yet to do this myself but have done lots of reading on the topic. I'm pretty sure this would be the same for your model as well. Pretty simple though. Maybe somebody with more experience on that model can give you a better idea.
