lowering kits

anyone used the kit from socal speedshop to lower their f-150?anyone used the mcgaughys lowering kit?

any comments on either?

I used the McGaugheys 2/4 drop. Absolutely love it.
Has a really nice ride quality (its not a flip kit) uses
new leaf springs in back. lowered coils in front. Handles
better too. Theres a couple threads in the 2004-2005 forum
on this subject. Some people are using DJM also and seem pretty happy with them also.

Heres a pic of drop on my truck.

looks nice what size rims and tires are you running on that? im thinkin 305/40/22s on mine

discount tire wants to be conservative and run 285 or 295/45/22

Iam running Goodyear Eagle GT's 285/50R 20's
I have no clearance problems at all. Not sure about
your 22's though.
