2003 F150 Leveling question

Does anyone know of or has any suggestions on leveling the front end on my 2003 F150? Just got 33x12.5x17s yesterday and with being a 4x2, I still have a decent clearance, but would like a couple of extra inches up front to level the truck out and as an extra precaution so that I don't rub up against something on a bumpy road. Wasn't sure how to upload a pic here, so I'm just putting a link below. Not looking to raise it up too high with a spindle or body lift, but just enough to level it from the front end. Been researching Coil Spacers but not sure how they hold up in the long run; a friend also mentioned coil extensions? Any help is appreciated. Ez on criticisms .

Coil spacers will work fine.

Given that this is my daily driver and will be pulling a boat to the lake often, how long do you think the coil spacers would last? Or is that even something I need to worry about?

I installed Daystar coil spring spacers on our old Grand Cherokee in 2000. They were still on it when we sold it this year and never had a problem. You don't have to worry about them wearing out. They will probably last about as long as your trucks frame.

Hmmm... that's not too bad then... I was always under the impression that metal with rubber (or polyurethane in this case) wasn't a good idea especially when a lot of movement is involved. Didn't want it sagging after a while or just collapsing altogether.

What all was involved in your installation of the Daystar spacers? Was it easy to do? How much time did the installation take? Any special tools? Then again, considering that I work for a Ford dealership, I might just get the parts and have pay a tech to do it for me. Always prefer someone who has better know how and the right tools. But any input you can provide would be appreciated wandell
