after leveling kit.... alignment needed?

just got a 2.5" leveling kit done to my 2004 supercrew lariat. it's a 2x4, but i've noticed since driving out of the shop, a difference in turning (stiff at times, then loose at times) and it just doesn't feel right. do i need an alignment done? will that fix that prob?

also feel like at higher speeds i have lost power. is that due to the front end taking on more wind resistance? or will an alignment fix that?

any help would be appreciated.

also wondering can i pick up the 2" lift block from a 2004 4x4 with longer u-bolts and hook it up to my 2x4 to lift up the back some more?

thanks!!!!!

Yes, you need an alignment. As for the lift blocks, I'd just get a set of aftermarket lift blocks and u-bolts. They will be a lot cheaper than the Ford pieces.
