how hard would it be to make one of the supercharged harley davidson trucks, the 4 door ones into a 4 wheel drive?? i live in alaska and would kill to have an older harley truck with a blower but a 2wd truck up here just isn't smart. i think it would be a great project but i'm curious as to how much $ we would be talking about??

Sort of like a much improved version of the Silvarado SS? It would take a lot of money and a lot of work. I don't know anyone who has ever did that. I would think you would need a donor 4x4 and of course, a Harley F-150 to start with.

 

ya i could get ahold of a donor... no problem and the harley would be something i would HAPPILY purchase! i love those damn trucks.... i dunno maybe i will just throw a whipple on my 2004... i just love the look of those old harleys and the interior is awesome too....

and yeah it would be SO much cooler than the SS

 

I would probably be cheaper and easier to take a 4x4 and build a Harley replica. Like you said, install a supercharger, lower it, Harley replica wheels, paint job and some OEM Harley interior pieces. Honestly, I think that route would be a lot better now that I think about it.

 

ya thats what i was thinking i just hate replicas ... especially since i already own the truck... only problem is that my truck is a white supercab... woulda liked a 4 door black one to drop and replica a harley... BLAH.. o well i can dream
