Question Calling on jmitchell ( Hellwig swaybar question)

jmitchell can you help me.
I installed the hellwig swaybar on a 1999 for f150 4.6l
I have been driving it locally for the past few weeks and I recently noticed a problem.
I hear a popping sound when turning to go up a steep slope or incline from a level road. I have tightened all the bolts a second time except for the end links.
In the instructions it said not to over tighten them?
Is there something I need to do? Or is this something I have to live with?

I would take the bar back out and lube up the bushings in the middle of the bar, (not the end links). Clean the bar where the bushings go with some fine grit sand paper and use grease inside the bushing where the bar sits in it. I had this problem on a car that I had, and that fixed it. Let us know

There is a chance the swaybar is slipping on the rear axle. This causes a popping sound as you turn to up into a driveway for example. After it slips a few times the teeth round off on the axle bracket and it just slides around. I went to a muffler shop and paid U$10 to have the brackets spot welded to the rear axle. This cured it.
