Springs

I was wondering if a spring kit from a roughcountry lift kit would work on my f150 2wd i realize that it would raise my front up significantly but i was curious if it would work with the factory suspension or does this only work with the kit.

No, if it is part of a kit you will not be able to use just the springs. A couple of companies make 2 inch lift springs and 2 inch spring spacers that can be used by themselves. If you go over 2 inches, the truck will not align without different upper control arms. I'm not familiar with how tall the Rough Country kit is, but if it gives more than 2 inches of lift, that is the reason there are other pieces.
