I have a month old FX4 and was thinking about putting in the leveling kit. Tired of looking like a stinkbug!

Question out there for all you 04/05 4x4's that have installed a Daystar or Autospring leveling kit:

Did the installation of the kit cause you to have the alignment redone?

What was the cost of the alignment?

Have you since had any problems with tire wear, alignment or other suspension related problems?

Did you adjust your headlights or is that you behind me at night blinding me in my wife's car?

Ride quality - better? Worse? Same?

Did anyone have an outside party install it? What was the cost for installation? (I don't have the tools or the time)

Yes, a leveling kit will throw off your alignment.
Alignment cost vary from area to area. In my city and alignment is $39.00, except Tuesdays when you can get a $29.00 special.
