Tires Or Suspension

Hi all. I have a 98 f150 2wd. Im looking for some tires for it but here is the question. Right now i have 285s on the back. I know im getting greedy but i want 305. I have purchased the 2 inch leveling kit for the front. My question is this. Will it fit. If not i wont be heartbroken but id like the 33 inch tires. If not i can stick with the 285s im planning on but if i can put 33s in Healthy I want to do it. Remember 2wd donesnt always mean u get stuck. You just always get pulled out.

You may be able to fit 305/70-16's with only a leveling kit, if you use the right wheel. I doubt you will fit them mounted on 16x10's. By the way, 285's are 33's. They work out to be approximately a 33x11.50. The 305/70-16's work out to be approximately a 33x12.50-16. In fact most 285's are just a hair taller than most 305's (maybe an 1/8 inch).

I guess i was lookin for a wide foot pattern. I have the 285s on the stock wheels would then get wider and shorter on 16x8 wheel. I duno im trying for the max amount of tire with out a 800 dollar lift.
