lowering blocks

I am looking at this months trucking magazine, and there is a two page ad for Godfather customs. They have lowering blocks for the rear. My question is, I want to lower the back of my truck one inch, and I wanted to know if anybody has used these? Are they any good? All I want to do is lower the back of truck one inch. If these products aren't good, could you point me in the right direction? Can I still tow with the back lowered? Thanks

The axle is on the bottom of the leaf springs, so lowering blocks wont lower these trucks, blocks will actually raise them. The axle has to be on top of the leaf springs.

Gotta get some shackles.

Nope, blocks won't lower unless you've done a flip kit to put the axle on top of the leafs. I got Daystar lowering shackles off of ebay. They have greas fittings and are adjustable so you can lower 1 inch or 2.
