Leaking Shocks

I had my truck up on the lift today and those shocks are pretty blown. I need some advice on what to buy. I want a pretty smoothe ride, I dont really haul much thats pushing my payload ever. A friend and I put Monroe shocks on his Tahoe and he thinks I should put them on my truck. Just wondering what you guys have been putting on yours. Its a 98 Single cab v6 with about 98000 miles.

The Monroe Reflex are good shocks and are valved for a softer ride than most 'sport' shocks. About $75 per pair and a lifetime warranty. They have vastly improved the ride of my two trucks.

There are alot of good shocks.

Ranchos are good
Bilsteins are good
Monroes are good
edelbrocks are good

It just depends on what kind of performance you need, and how much you want to spend.
