Help with lift kit
All the major lift companies make something for you...
4wheelparts.com has a pretty large selection that you can browse through to get an idea of what is out there. But I would probably go somewhere local to buy the kit.

You have a lot of choices...
You can get a 3.5in spindle lift for front with some 2 or 3in blocks in the back. Then add a 1.5in coil spacer(for front) and a add-a-leaf (1 1/2-2 1/2in of lift for the rear)
Rancho has a 5in lift but not exactly sure what it constists of.
you can mix a match alot of these things for your lift.
And their is always a 2 or 3in body lift kits to add to it, but i would stay with suspension.
P.S. These pics are just with a 3.5in spindle and a 2in block. I have since added a coil spacer and add a leaf in the rear and the truck sits awsome!
